Vision with a purpose.
We built Orion because we knew there was a better way to make professional content locally. Too often, people were either trying to piece things together themselves or heading into London to find the space, equipment, and support they needed.
As podcasts and video became more important for businesses, charities, creators, and organisations, it felt clear that Tunbridge Wells needed a studio that could offer more than just a room and some kit.
We wanted to create a place that felt professional, approachable, and genuinely useful. Somewhere people could come to make high-quality content properly, with the right support around them from start to finish.
Orion Studios is more than just a space to record. We combine professional studios with hands-on support, helping businesses, creators, charities, and organisations make high-quality content without unnecessary friction.
For many people, the challenge is not the idea, it's everything around it: the setup, the sound, the lighting, the workflow, and the editing. We take care of the technical side so you can stay focused on the message.
And because we are based in Tunbridge Wells, you do not have to head into the city to find the right environment, equipment, and support. You can create something professional, well made, and true to what you want to say, much closer to home.
The experience behind Orion Studios has been shaped over many years in podcasting, film, television, radio, and branded content, with recognition across a wide range of projects along the way. The highlights below offer a snapshot of that journey and the level of craft that sits behind the work we do today.
We are proud of that history, but what matters most is what it brings into the studio now: high standards, creative judgement, and a deep respect for the work itself. Those things matter just as much on a client project as they do on an award-winning production.
Here are just a few highlights from our shared journey:
We are not a family. We are a team. Each person at Orion brings their own expertise, perspective, and strengths, and we work in a way that allows people to do their best work while supporting those around them. We trust each other, respect each other’s craft, and always aim to deliver the best for our colleagues and our clients.
Please feel free to reach out to anyone on the team if you need help. We do not believe success has to come at someone else’s expense. We genuinely enjoy seeing other people succeed, whether that is our team, our clients, or the wider community around us.
